北京市食品冷链配送系统结构研究

摘要

文中对北京市食品冷链配送系统现状进行分析，并结合食品冷链系统要素和结构特点，理清了北京市食品冷链配送的系统主体、配送特性，进一步分析了北京市食品冷链配送系统结构、分布及使用情况，建立起层次清晰、逻辑合理的系统结构以指导实践、降低冷链配送损耗、提高物流效率和总体食品质量。%　　TheresearchanalyzesthecurrentsituationofBeijingsfoodcoldchaindistribution,anddisentanglethemain partandthefeatureofBeijingsfoodcoldchaindistributionsystemconcerningwiththeessentialfactorandcharacteristicoffood coldchain.Further,itanalysesthestructure,thespreadandtheconditionofusageofBeijingsfoodcoldchaindistribution system.Moreover,thisarticlewillbuildupalimpidandlogicsystemstructure,aimingtoguidethepractice,cutdownthewastage ofthecoldchaindistribution,rasietheefficiencyandfoodquality.
