西部地区农业职业教育问题分析与对策思考

摘要

随着西部大开发步伐的加块,西部“三农”问题的发展受到愈来愈多的关注.农业、农村、农民的发展指向了农业职业教育的发展.文章在数据、案例分析的基础上,指出当前我国西部农业职业教育在社会和组织两个层面存在的突出问题.针对这些问题,作者从宏观政策的建立和完善、农业职业教育体系内部改革的深化、农业职业教育资源的整合等多个维度提出了参考对策.%With the rapid development of western regions in China,issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have drawn the society's attention.The development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are closely related to the development of agricultural vocational education.Based on the detailed analysis on data and cases,the paper points out the main problems in agricultural vocational education which can be attributed to two aspects:the government and the agricultural vocational education system proper.Considering the problems,the author proposes corresponding countermeasures in the paper,namely,optimization ofthe policy,further reform in agricultural vocational education and integration of agricultural vocational education resources etc.
