外周血及尿液检测指标与女性高血压前期及高血压的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨女性人群尿酸（UA）、尿微量清蛋白（U‐mALB）、胰岛素样生长因子‐1（IGF‐1）、白细胞计数（WBC）与高血压前期及高血压的相关性。方法于2012年6月至2015年1月，选择女性高血压患者50例（高血压组）、女性高血压前期患者50例（高血压前期组）、体检健康女性50例（对照组），检测 UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC水平。结果高血压组 UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC水平大于对照组和高血压前期组，高血压前期组UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC水平大于对照组（P＜0．05）。随着高血压级别的增加，UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC水平呈升高趋势（P＜0．05）。高血压合并2型糖尿病患者UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC水平高于单纯高血压患者（P＜0．05）。UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC与收缩压、舒张压呈正相关（P＜0．05）。结论 UA、U‐mALB、IGF‐1、WBC与女性高血压及高血压前期密切相关，且与收缩压、舒张压存在相关性，是女性高血压发病的重要影响因素。%Objective To study relationship between uric acid(UA) ,urine micro‐albumin (U‐mALB) ,insulin‐like growth factor‐1(IGF‐1) ,white blood cells count(WBC) and prehypertension and hypertension female patients .Methods From Jun .2012 to Jan . 2015 ,50 cases of female patients with hypertension(hypertension group) ,50 cases of female patients with prehypertension(prehy‐pertension group) and 50 cases of healthy female subjects(control group) were enrolled .Results Levels of UA ,U‐mALB ,IGF‐1 and WBC of hypertension group were higher than control group and prehypertension group ,and those of prehypertension group were higher than control gorup(P<0 .05) .With the increase of blood pressure level ,levels of UA ,U‐mALB ,IGF‐1 and WBC were increased(P<0 .05) .Levels of UA ,U‐mAlb ,IGF‐1 and WBC in patients combined with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were higher than patitns wigh hypertension alone(P<0 .05) .Levels of UA ,U‐mALB ,IGF‐1 and WBC were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0 .05) .Conclusion UA ,U‐mALB ,IGF‐1 and WBC could be closely related to hypertension and prehypertension ,and be associated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure ,which might be im‐portant factors affecting the onset of hypertension .
