对二级学院实施校院二级管理的几点认识与思考--以基础学院为例

摘要

In the implementation of two-level management among the colleges, for the university, the key is to strengthen the construction of colleges. The colleges are supposed to make good use of the authorization granted by the university to strengthen the construction of internal organization , to form the operating and policy-making mechanism. Therefore, the principal role can be played by the colleges through integrating the implementation of target management and the establishment of evaluation criteria.%在实施校院二级管理过程中，关键是加强二级学院的建设。二级学院要使用好学校的授权，加强内部组织机构建设，形成学院的运行与决策机制，加强人、财、物的管理，实施目标管理与建立考核评价标准相结合，发挥二级学院在二级管理中的主体作用。
