教学服务型大学组织目标探讨

摘要

Organizational goal is the specific reflection of universities 'missions and functions, and is the target a university wants to achieve in a certain period.It is an important symbol of a university revealing its function orientation .Teaching-service-orien-ted universities set their mission and function orientation to “teaching” and “social service”.Clearing the organizational goal of teaching-service-oriented universities has important meanings to reveal the characteristics and guide the practice .This paper dis-cusses the general goals and targets of teaching -service-oriented universities based on evaluating their connotation and missions so as to expand the research field of teaching -service-oriented universities.%　　大学的组织目标是其使命和职能的具体反映，是大学在一定时期想要达到的目的，是一所大学彰显其职能定位的重要标志。教学服务型大学是将大学的使命和主要职能定位于“教学”和“社会服务”的一类大学。明晰教学服务型大学的组织目标，对彰显办学特色、指导办学实践具有重要意义。文章在对教学服务型大学的内涵、使命进行梳理的基础上，对教学服务型大学的总体目标和分目标进行探讨，以期拓展教学服务型大学的研究领域。
