“微课”是近年来教育界研究与实践的热门领域和重点建设内容,对于高校师范生而言,有效的技能训练不但能达到事半功倍的效果,而且对其将来的教师生涯具有深远的影响,现实意义突出。本文以玉林师范学院为例,以学习者为中心,通过对大三和大四年级历史学专业师范生的问卷调查和访谈,分析当前高校师范生微课技能训练存在的问题,并从学校、指导老师、学生三个层面提出相应的有效策略。%In recent years, micro class is a hot area and key construction content for educational research and practice. For normal students, effective teaching skill training not only can help them achieve easily, but also bring an effect on their teaching career in the future. Taking Yulin Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes the current problems of skill training in micro class through questionnaires and interviews with the history major junior and senior students. Corresponding strategies are put forward from three aspects, namely school, adviser and student.
