四大文明推动和东西方医学综合影响下的兼容并蓄发展--维吾尔医学发展之二

摘要

This article is based on analyzing and carding of medical documents preserved in western region to analyze the development pattern and characteristics of Uyghur medicine promoted by four major civiliza-tions and eastern and western medicine after XiHan Zhangqian silk road.And it argues that western was the region that affected by the four civilizations in common all over the world,which would be reflected in Uyghur medicine inevitably.Uyghur medicine,born from Tarim civilization and along the ancient silk road artery,must be affected by Traditional Chinese medicine,ancient Greco-Arab medicine and Ayurveda medicine.As oasis silk road opening by Zhangqian in the Western Han dynasty,the development of history and the process of civilization diversity,the ancient Uyghur medicine also was experiencing new changes on the silk road and presenting inclusive developing pattern.%本文基于对西域留存医学文书的梳理分析，探析西汉张骞绿洲丝绸之路开通后，受四大文明推动和东西方医学综合影响下的汉唐时期的发展格局和特点。认为西域是世界上同时受到四大文明影响的地区，这一点必然会反映在维吾尔医学上。发祥于塔里木文明、位于古丝绸之路大动脉之上的维吾尔医学，必然要受到中原医学、古希腊-阿拉伯医学的思想、印度医学等的影响。随着西汉张骞绿洲丝绸之路的开通、历史的发展、文明多样化的进程，古代维吾尔医学亦在丝绸之路上经历着新的嬗变，呈现兼容并蓄的发展格局。
