时任国立西南联合大学三常委的梅贻琦、蒋梦麟和张伯苓三位教育家都有着诸育并进的教育理念，认为学校教育应该兼容并包，．这样才能培养全面的人才。本文将着眼他们的德育思想进行浅析。%The three educators named Mei Yiqi, Jiang Menglin and Zhang Boling from National Southwest Associated University all have the same educational ideas.
