The formation of a dialect usually has a lot to do with historical changes and nationalities＇ integration. In the process of integration of central China culture and northern minority culture, there formed a miscellany of plurality in Guanlong region. Guanlong region is the cradle of the ancestor of people in Qin State. The people here not only have the refinement of central Chinese culture, but also have the boldness and unrestrainedness of the northern minority groups. They not only have the pursuit of ＂Unity of Heaven and Man＂ of central Chinese culture, but also have the trace of the pursuit of pluralistic religions of northern minority groups. Consequently, the pattern of the combination of the refined and popular tastes as well as the compatibility of the refined and the coarse formed in Guanlong region.
