表象训练法在竞技陀螺运动进攻技术训练中的应用研究

摘要

通过准实验法对＂表象训练法＂在竞技陀螺训练中的运用进行实证研究.结果表明：在高校竞技陀螺训练中运用表象训练可以激发运动员的训练、学习兴趣,有助于技术动作的定型,能提高竞技陀螺训练的效率和质量,有利于提高运动员的专项竞技水平.%The paper makes a study of the application of ＂Imagery Training Method＂ in competitive Tuoluo training by means of quasi-experiment.The result shows that,in the college competitive Tuoluo training,Imagery Training Method in instrumental in stimulating interest and training,finalizing the technical acts and enhancing training efficiency and quality.Thus,the competitive level of the athletes is expected to be improved.
