摘要

Vocational education should actively meet new requirements of economy’s new normal . During the practice process of establishing and improving the talent cultivation pattern and basis system of producing-teaching combination and school -enterprise cooperation ,the role and responsibility of participants ,including the government ,enterprises and vocational schools ,have to be clear .And on that basis ,establish the basic system and operational mechanism that the industry develops standards , schools take charge of training ,and the government implements supervision .%职业教育要主动适应经济新常态的新要求，在建立和完善产教融合、校企合作人才培养模式、基本制度的实践过程中，必须明确参与各方即政府、行业企业、职业院校各自的角色定位和责任，并在此基础上，建立起“行业制定标准，院校负责培训，政府实施监督”的产教融合、校企合作的基本制度和运行机制。
