The maximum independent matrix having a prescribed column as a first column is computed from the mother matrix. a partial correlation coefficient of the MIC value of antibacterial drug and the maximum independent matrix is computed, and the computation of the partial correlation coefficient of the MIC value and the maximum independent matrix with a column different from the first column of the maximum independent matrix, as a first column is repeated the prescribed number of times. On each column of the mother matrix, the value obtained by dividing the sum of the product of the number of columns of the maximum independent matrix and the partial correlation coefficient, by the sum of the number of columns is computed as an expected value.
