Objective To explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and clinical outsomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET) cycles in patients with endometriosis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of infertile women with endometriosis undergoing 244 IVF/ICSI-ET cycles between January, 2011 and August, 2012. The patients, categorized into 3 groups with mild endometriosis, moderate to severe endometriosis, and no endometriosis (control), underwent a long protocol, and the relationship of the general conditions, dose of gonadotropin, days of stimulation, BMI, number of oocytes retrieved and embryos transferred with the outcome of IVF were analyzed. Results There was significant difference between moderate to severe endometriosis group and the control group in the number of ampules, oocytes retrieved and embryos transferred. The patients with moderate or severe endometriosis had significantly lower BMI and clinical pregnancy rate than those with mild or no endometriosis. Conclusion Endometriosis is inversely correlated with BMI, and BMI of the patients with endometriosis may affect the pregnancy rate of IVF cycles.%目的：探讨体外受精（IVF）或卵胞浆内单精子注射（ICSI）周期中的子宫内膜异位症（EMS）患者体质量指数与临床结局之间的关系。方法回顾性地分析了2011年1月~2012年8月244个IVF或（和）ICSI周期，将研究对象分为对照组，轻度子宫内膜异位症组和中重度子宫内膜异位症组。研究各组间一般情况、Gn总用量、Gn天数、HCG日E2水平、获卵数、移植胚胎数、患者体质量指数及临床结局之间的关系。结果（1）中、重度子宫内膜异位症患者与对照组相比，Gn用量增加，而HCG日E2水平、获卵数、移植胚胎数均减少，有统计学差异（P<0.05）；（2）轻度EMS组与对照组体质量指数及临床妊娠率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；中、重度子宫内膜异位症患者与正常对照组患者及轻度子宫内膜异位症患者相比体质量指数及临床妊娠率均下降，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 EMS不孕患者的BMI随病情程度加重呈下降趋势，且影响IVF/ICSI周期的临床结局。
