METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF CLINICAL OUTCOME OF EXTRACORPOREAL FERTILISATION AND EMBRYO TRANSFER

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for prediction of the clinical outcomes of the extracorporeal fertilisation (EF) program and embryo transfer (ET) in females suffering sterility of various geneses. Substance of the invention consists in the fact that before the ovarian stimulation, peripheral venous blood leukocytes of a sterile female are examined for class II HLA gene polymorphism; if detecting the carrier state of DQA1*0101-DQB1*0501 or DQA1*0102-DQB1*0502 haplotypes, an unfavourable outcome of the EF and ET programs (pregnancy failure) is predicted, while no DQA1*0101-DQB1*0501 and DQA1*0102-DQB1*0502 haplotypes ensure predicting the favourable outcome of the EF and ET programs (pregnancy).;EFFECT: simplified and enhanced prediction of the clinical outcomes of the EF and ET programs in females suffering sterility of various geneses that enables considerably higher effectiveness of the assisted reproductive treatment ensured by more accurate selection of the patients at the stage of planning for pregnancy.;1 tbl, 3 ex
