通过建立结构方程模型,对正式制度对企业绩效的影响进行实证研究,结果表明:正式制度对企业绩效可解释力度较大(65.6%),起到明显的正向作用。一方面,正式制度的精确性和适应性对绩效产生更重要的影响;另一方面,相较于正式制度对财务绩效和人员效能的影响,正式制度对运作绩效的影响更为显著。%The method of structure equation modeling is applied to analyze the relationship of them.The empirical results show that formal Institution of have obvious positive effect to enterprise performance ,it can ex-plain the larger efforts ( 65.6%).On the one hand , Accuracy and adaptability of formal system more impor-tant influence on the performance , On the other hand , the effect to enterprise operating performance is signifi-cantly.
