海运进口集装箱滞箱费发生的原因分析和对策

With the progress and generalization of standard container technique the shipping type of container has been used more and more in international trade. In order to speed up going around of the container and reduce operation cost, the ship company would limit the time to use the container free of charge, the expended time will be charged in the name of container detention charge. This charge will bring to the enterprise great increase of the shipping cost and various operation risks. We analyzed its causes to help the enterprise to strengthen process control, refine management links and increase operation benefit.%随着标准集装箱技术的进步和推广，集装箱方式运输在国际贸易中被越来越多地使用。为了加快集装箱的周转，降低运营成本，船公司通常给集装箱使用者规定免费使用期限，超过规定期限收取集装箱滞箱费。滞箱费会造成企业物流成本的大幅增加和诸多经营风险。分析滞箱费发生的原因，有助于企业加强过程控制，细化管理环节，提高经营效益。
