The multi-way box for a sea container has a base part (1), two side walls (2a,2b), a front wall (4), a rear wall and an applicable lid (6). The side walls on the base part and the front wall and the rear wall are releasably fixable on the side walls by insert rails (8a,8b). The insert rails have an insert groove strip with a back-cut insert groove accessible via the face side of the insert groove strip. An insert profile is insertable in the face side of the insert groove. The insert profile of an insert rail at adjacent positions, together with the insert groove strip, is fixed to the side walls, the base part, the front wall and the rear wall.
