商洛旅游游客满意度评价及其提升对策

         

摘要

Based on accessing data,analysis is done on tourist satisfaction of Shangluo from tourist service,tourist attractions,tourist infrastructure,and traveling environment by takeing random surveys,online surveys and interviews etc.The results show that some guides and narrators have little sense of responsibility,they does not fully explain the contents,ignoring prominent theme,so it is difficult for tourist to experience the cultural value of tourist attractions of Shangluo;the price of Shangluo scenic site admission ticket is so high that it does not adapt with average consumption level of domestic tourists;the cultural entertainment facilities of Shangluo is so backward and the night life is so monotonous that they have serious influence on the domestic tourist satisfaction with Shangluo tourism.Based on these results,some proposals have been made to provide important reference for improving the tourism image of Shangluo,the traveling jobholders/vocational training and the occupational ethics education should be strengthened,the tourist service quality and the level should be improved;the characteristic tourist interpretation system of Shangluo should be established actively so that the culture value of tourist attractions will be transferred with a lively form;the management system of ticket prices should be standardized so that the ticket price will be more reasonable to benefit more people.%在查阅资料的基础上,采取随机调查问卷、网上调查和访谈等形式从旅游服务、旅游景点、旅游基础设施和旅游环境四个方面对商洛旅游游客满意度进行了调查分析。结果表明,个别导游及景点解说人员责任意识淡薄,解说内容不充分,主题不突出,游客难以体验到景区的文化价值;商洛市旅游景点门票价格偏高,与国内游客消费水平不相适应。并提出了解决的对策:大力加强旅游从业人员的业务培训、职业道德教育以及外语培训的力度,提高旅游服务水平;积极建立具有商洛特色的旅游解说系统,以生动活泼的形式传递休闲文化信息;规范门票价格管理,考虑商洛旅游目标游客的平均消费水平,合理制定门票价格,以惠及更多的人。
