西安高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的思考

摘要

Vocational colleges proves the cradle nourishing amounts of applicable talents with higher qualities. The cultivation of integrate faculties is the significant content and orientation of Xi ＇an＇ vocational education reform. The essay promoted concrete measurements on the basis of the current status of teaching staff in Xi＇an vocational colleges so as to exploit sound development of vo- cational education.%高职院校是培养大量高素质技能型实用人才的摇篮。“双师型”教师的培养是我市高职教育改革的重要内容和方向。文章在对西安市高职院校教育师资现状分析的基础上，提出了“双师型”教师队伍建设的具体措施，以促进高职教育健康发展。
