The Thinking of Strengthening the Team Construction of College Experimental Teachers

The team construction of experimental teachers is the core of laboratory construction and is an important component of the college education reformation. It is an important topic about how to strengthen the team construction of experimental teachers, improve experiment technology level, and ensure that the laboratory keeps an efficient and stable operation for the domestic universities' wide attention and researching. Taking the Ministry of Public Security Police Dog Technical Schools and Shenyang Agriculture College as an example, based on analyzing the function of the college experimental teachers in the development of the school and the main problems facing, this article gives some measures of strengthening the construction of experimental teachers' team.
