西部农村民办幼儿教师专业化发展的现状、根源与对策--以四川省宜宾市为例

         

摘要

Taking the preschool teachers in private kindergartens in Sichuan province as research samples ,after approaching the present situation of preschool teachers in private kindergartens from four aspects including the constitution of their specialty , their attitude toward their profession ,their professional knowledge and relevant training for them ,this paper mainly focuses on the major factors which affect their professional development and the countermeasures to solve existing problems .%以四川省民办幼儿教师为调查样本,从学历与专业结构、专业态度、专业知识及专业培训四个方面进行了调查,主要分析了影响民办幼儿教师专业发展的主要因素,在此基础上分别从政府、幼儿园和幼儿教师三个层面提出相应的对策。
