摘要

Under the principles of "Urban and Rural Integration",a new way of "Village and Enterprise Cooperation" is explored by Yipin Village of Yibin City,Sichuan Province,P.R. China.Based on the field research,the paper tries to analyze and evaluate the new socialist countryside model in the process of "Urban and Rural Integration",briefing on the "Village and Enterprise Cooperation" model,the existing problems and countermeasures.
