以NH_4VO_3为原料,在盐酸水溶液中采用水热法制备V_2O_5·3H_2O纳米棒.利用x-ray difflraction(SRD)、Raman、扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热失重分析(TGA)表征手段,研究了V_2O_5·3H_20纳米棒结构、形貌和热稳定性.%V_2O_5 ·3H_2O nanorods were synthesized using NH_4VO_3 as a reaction precursor in the presence of hydrochloric acid in aqueous solution by a hydrothermal method. It was characterized by XRD, SEM,TEM and TGA.
