四磨汤加味治疗肠内营养支持后胃排空障碍44例观察

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Simo Decoction on delayed gastric emptying after enteral nutrition (EN)support. Method:44 cases were divided into two groups,21 cases in the control group and 23 cases in the treatment group. Both groups were treated with EN support and the treatment group were given nasal feeding Simo Decoction additionally,three times a day for one week. The condition of gastrointestinal dysfunction recovery and gastric emptying of patients was observed. Results:The total effective rate of improvement of symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the treatment group and the control group was 86.9% and 57.1% respectively, which of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of improvement of gastric emptying function in the treatment group and the control group was 82.6% and 38.0% respectively, which of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Simo Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms of EN patients with gastrointestinal disorders significantly and promote gastric emptying.%目的：观察四磨汤治疗肠内营养（EN）支持后胃排空障碍的临床效果。方法：44例分为对照组21例和治疗组23例，两组均用肠内营养支持，而治疗组同时给予鼻饲四磨汤加味，每天3次，治疗周期为1周，观察患者胃肠功能障碍症状的恢复情况，胃排空情况。结果：胃肠障碍临床症状改善总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为87.0%和57.1%，治疗组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。胃排空功能总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为82.6%和38.0%，治疗组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：四磨汤加味能明显改善EN患者胃肠功能障碍临床症状，促进胃排空。
