广东5家三级甲等医院ICU护士疼痛管理知识态度调查分析

摘要

Objective To explore ICU nurses’ knowledge of and attitude toward pain management. Methods ICU nurses(n=157) from five Class III Grade I hospitals in Guangdong were investigated by the Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain (KASRP, 2008)-Chinese version scale. Data were analyzed with SPSS,version 19.0. Results ICU nurses’ average correct response rate on the questionnaire was 43.8%and the range of number ratio of correct answer to every item was from 9.6% to 88.5%. Conclusion ICU nurses’ knowledge of and attitude toward pain management need to improved. It is urgent for ICU nurses to strengthen pain management education.%目的探讨ICU护士的疼痛管理知识和态度现状。方法采用疼痛知识和态度调查（Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain, KASRP）2008中文版问卷对广东省5家三级甲等医院的157名ICU护士进行调查。采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 ICU护士对疼痛知识和态度调查2008中文版问卷的平均答对率为43.8%，各条目的答对人数比率范围是9.6%～88.5%。结论 ICU护士疼痛管理知识和态度尚显不足，迫切需要加强疼痛管理教育。
