：Objective To investigate the condition of pain management knowledge in neurosurgical nurses. Methods 〓A total of 40 neurosurgical nurses in Nanjing Brain Hospital were investigated by Chinese version questionnaire of knowledge and attitude survey regarding pain(KASRP, 2008). The experience of learning pain knowledge and condition of mastering pain management knowledge were analyzed. Results 〓None of them believed that they had a good command of pain management-related knowledge. Among 40 items, the accuracy rate of 40 neurosurgical nurses on the questionnaire was 5.00%-60.00%, with the average accuracy rate of(34.20±11.07)%. Conclusion 〓Neurosurgical nurses are lack of pain management-related knowledge, so the training of pain management-related knowledge should be strengthened and the training effect should be evaluated regularly to improve the level of pain management knowledge in neurosurgical nurses.
