护士对危重患者使用身体约束伦理认知与行为状况的调查

摘要

目的 了解护士对使用身体约束伦理的认知与行为状况.方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对147名护士进行危重患者使用身体约束的伦理认知和行为状况调查.结果 护士对危重患者身体约束的伦理行为得分为(28.04±3.85)分,态度得分为(33.41±4.51)分;不同科室护士对执行身体约束的评估行为得分差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),不同职称、不同学历护士对患者执行身体约束理念得分差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 护士应该转变服务观念,加强护理伦理学习,在护理活动过程中坚持护理伦理原则,体现护理人性化,从而提高护理质量.%Objective To investigate nursesattitude and behaviors in ethical issues of physical restraint for critical patients.Methods A total of 147 nurses were investigated by a self - designed questionnaire.Its content was the survey of emergency patients percention and behaviors in ethical issues of physical restraint.Results The score of nursesethical behavior was ( 28.04 ± 3.85 ) and the score of nursesethical attitude was ( 33.41 ± 4.51 ).The score of ethical behavior had statistically significant difference among nurses in different departments (P ＜0.05).The score of ethical concept had statistically significant difference among nurses with different professional titles and educational background (P ＜0.05 ).Conclusions Nurses should change the concept of service,learn nursing ethical principles,insist on ethical principles in practice to reflect the humanistic side of nursing,thus improving the quality of nursing care.
