对艾滋病相关症状管理系统评价的再评价

摘要

Objective To provide evidence support for developing clinical practice guidelines on AIDS related symptoms management by re‐evaluation of AIDS related symptoms and Meta analysis .Method Re‐evaluation method was adapted to evaluate the AIDS related symptoms evaluating management system and Meta analysis .Result 29 systematic reviews or Meta‐analysis were included ,which involved these aspects:fatigue ,pain ,oral mucosal damage , wasting symptoms ,forgetfulness and cognitive problems ,anxiety ,depression and grief .Conclusion High quality evi‐dence resources have been formed and reliable evidence support have been provided for the development of clinical practice guidelines based on overviews of reviews .%目的：通过对艾滋病相关症状管理系统评价／M eta分析进行再评价，为构建艾滋病相关症状管理指南提供证据支持。方法采用系统评价再评价的方法，对现有的艾滋病相关症状管理系统评价／M eta分析进行再评价。结果共纳入29份相关系统评价／M eta分析，内容主要涉及疲乏、疼痛、口腔黏膜损害、消耗性症状、健忘和认知问题、焦虑、抑郁、悲伤。结论本次系统评价再评价形成了高质量的证据资源，能够为临床实践指南的构建提供可靠的证据支持。
