Provided are a symptom management assistance device, a symptom management assistance method, and a symptom management assistance program which assist management of a respiratory disease symptom.　A control unit (12) of a server (10) performs a control to: acquire location information about a patient who is determined to have wheezing by a wheezing detection device (40) that determines whether wheezing is included in a lung sound measured from a living body; record the location information in a database (13); and display, on the basis of the recorded location information, a distribution image (30) indicating a distribution of patients determined to have wheezing.
