Objective:Observation of Taiji ball Exercise to type 2 diabetes mellitus for blood glucose、 blood lipids and physical indexes.Methods:Select course 0.5-3 years in Zhumadian downtown hospital,suitable for the experimental exercise intensity in type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into 52 cases,equal in number to the experimental group and the control group,the control group every time take hospital opened hypoglycemic drugs,the experimental group members per day were not less than 60 min of Taiji Ball Exercise,a total of 12 weeks.Results:Taiji ball exercise in type 2 diabetic patients with BMI,waist to hip ratio and static exercise heart rate was decreased significantly(P0.01),systolic and diastolic blood pressure to normal levels(P0.05),pulmonary index have benign improvement(P0.05),grip strength and the seat body significantly increased(P0.01);patients with glycerin three greases(TG),total cholesterol(CHOL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and glycosylated hemoglobin(GHB) were significantly decreased(P0.05),fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2h after glucose load test(OGTT2h) were decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion:Long term adhere Taiji ball sports combined with music training can significantly enhance the patients with type 2 diabetes physique,improve glucose and lipid parameters,for the treatment of type 2 diabetes have a significant role.%目的:观察太极柔力球锻炼对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂与体质指标的影响。方法:选择病程0.5-3年在驻马店市中心医院就诊的、适宜本实验运动强度的2型糖尿病患52例,随机分成人数相等的实验组和对照组,对照组每天按时服用医院统一开具的降血糖药物,实验组成员每天进行不少于60 min的太极柔力球锻炼,共12周。结果:太极柔力球运动可使2型糖尿病患者BMI、腰臀比和静态心率较锻炼前显著降低(P〈0.01),收缩压和舒张压降至正常水平(P〈0.05),肺体指数有良性改善(P〈0.05),握力和坐位体前屈均显著增加(P均〈0.01);患者的甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和糖化血红蛋白(GHB)有明显降低(P〈0.05),空腹血糖(FPG)和负荷试验2h后血糖(OGTT2h)均较实验前显著降低(P〈0.01)。结论:长期坚持太极柔力球运动与音乐相结合锻炼可显著增强2型糖尿病患者体质,改善血糖和血脂指标,对2型糖尿病的治疗有显著作用。
