设计变更造价合理化的沟通管理分析

摘要

从建设单位的角度出发，论述设计变更过程中沟通管理的原则和方法，创建施工过程中设计变更的沟通管理模型；并以设计变更的造价合理化为目标，综合运用价值工程及帕累托最优等方法探索设计变更过程中快捷、有效的沟通方法和管理模式．%This paper discusses the principles of and approaches to communication management in the process of design alteration from the perspective of construction units. A communication management model for design changes that occur in the course of construction is established. Furthermore, two methods, i.e. value engineering and Pareto optimality are employed to explore an efficient communication method and management modes in design alteration, with a view to rationalizing design alteration costs.
