新生儿呕吐145例临床分析

摘要

目的：：分析新生儿呕吐的发病原因。方法：对145例新生儿呕吐患儿的病因进行分析。结果：新生儿呕吐的病因前三位依次为咽下综合征60例，感染性疾病45例，新生儿窒息25例。结论：正确查找新生儿呕吐的发病原因，对于新生儿呕吐的预防及治疗非常重要。%Objective:To analyze the causes of neonatal vomiting.Methods:To analyze the causes of 145 cases of neonatal vomiting.Results:The top three causes of neonatal vomiting were swallowing syndrome,in-fection disease and neonatal asphyxia ,and the number of the case were 60,45 and 25 respectively.Conclu-sion:To properly find out the causes of neonatal vomiting is of great importance to prevent and treat neo-natal vomiting.
