新生儿呕吐286例临床分析

摘要

目的：分析新生儿呕吐的发病原因。方法：对286例新生儿呕吐患儿的病因进行临床分析。结果：新生儿呕吐的原因发病前三位依次为咽下综合征121例，感染性疾病76例，新生儿窒息33例。结论：正确的查找出新生儿呕吐的发病原因，对于新生儿呕吐的预防与治疗是非常重要的。%Objective To analyse the causes of neonatal vomiting.Methods To analyse the causes of 286 cases of neonatal vomiting who were hospitalized.Results The treatment group compared with the control group,the total efficiency of the former is higher than the latter,in duration of clinical symptoms and hospitalization days,the former is less than the latter.Conclusion It is better to treat neonatal pneumonia with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Cefathiamidine than Cefathiamidine only,and worthy of clinical application.
