According to the practicality of Optimization Method course, it puts forward the Matlab software runs through the whole course teaching. In order to better explain the whole process, it discusses the process from teaching content reform, teaching methods reform, computer experiment design and course evaluation, which aims to cultivate students' ability of practical operation ability and the combination of theory and practice.%针对最优化方法这门课程的实用性，提出了将Matlab软件贯穿于整个课程教学的思想。为更好地阐述整个过程，分别从教学内容、教学方法、上机试验和课程测评几个方面展开，旨在培养学生的动手操作能力和理论与实践相结合的能力。
