反思性教学引领高职英语教师专业发展研究

         

摘要

The purpose of reflective teaching is to realize the rationality of the teachers' teaching behavior in the whole course and promote the formation of teachers' self-monitoring habit, consciousness of self-assessment, self-correcting ability etc., so as to make teachers get sublimation and improvement in all aspects. Through the cog⁃nition of the connotation of reflective teaching, the paper puts forward effective approaches to promote the profes⁃sional development of higher vocational English teachers via the reflective teaching. Consequently, it can break through the bondage of inherent teaching mode for teachers and broaden the teachers' horizon and then promote the sustainable development of teachers.%反思性教学的目的是实现教师教学全程行为的合理性,促进教师自我监控习惯、自我评价意识、自我修正能力等的形成,使教师在各个方面都获得升华与提高。通过对反思性教学内涵的认知,提出以反思性教学促进高职英语教师专业发展的有效途经,从而突破固有教学模式对教师的束缚,开拓教师视野,促进教师得到可持续的发展。
