基于Innography的零反式脂肪酸食品专利情报研究

摘要

Using Innography, a patent analysis platform, this paper studies the development trend of the worldwide zero trans-fatty acids food technology, analyzes its inventor location, source jurisdiction, patentees, and patent strength. It finds out the core patent concentra-ting countries and institutions by data mining, and analyzes Chinese patents in this field. With a comprehensive understanding of the tech-nology innovation, we seek to provide intelligence reference for the development strategies of the zero trans-fatty acids food technology in-dustry, and ultimately provide enlightenment and reference for the construction of an innovative country in China.%论文利用 Innography 专利分析平台，研究了世界范围内零反式脂肪酸食品技术的发展趋势，进行了发明人所在地、专利权所属国、专利权人和专利强度等的分析，通过数据挖掘找出该领域核心专利集中的国家与机构，分析该领域的中国专利，以全面了解该技术领域的创新状况，为我国零反式脂肪酸食品产业发展战略提供信息参考，并最终为我国创新型国家建设提供启示与借鉴。
