金融集聚、城镇化与产业结构升级--基于省级空间面板数据的实证分析

摘要

This paper empirically studies the internal relationship of financial agglomeration , urbanization and industrial structure upgrading , using spatial panel data of 30 provinces of China among 2000-2013 . Result shows that there exists a significant spatial corre-lation within the provincial industrial structure upgrading . there is significantly positive effects of financial agglomeration and urbanization to industrial structure upgrading , and effects of spillover as well . Human capital significantly contributes to the upgrading of industrial struc-ture , while government expenditure has the reverse inhibitory action to the industrial structure promotion . On this basis , the article gives a number of relevant policy recommendations to promote upgrading of industrial structure .%本文基于空间计量模型框架，采用我国2000～2013年30个省（市、区）的省际面板数据，对金融集聚、城镇化与产业结构升级之间的内在关系进行了考察。研究表明：我国产业结构升级在省域之间具有显著的空间自相关性；金融集聚、城镇化对产业结构升级的正向促进作用显著，且均存在明显的空间溢出效应；人力资本显著的促进了产业结构升级，而财政支出对产业结构升级具有反向抑制作用。在研究基础上，提出了促进产业结构优化升级的相关政策建议。
