中国当前显著的区域经济差异是由于投资的差异还是由于技术的差异？这个问题对于制定区域经济政策，实现区域协调发展十分重要。本文运用DEA模型对我国各个省域的技术效率进行了分析，发现各省域间存在显著的技术差异，且这一差异呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。为检验技术差异与经济差距间的相关关系，我们进一步引入资本存量差异建立了面板数据VAR模型，并进行了脉冲响应和方差分解分析。结果表明，实际经济差距仅来源于资本深化，但人均产出差距与技术差异间呈现出显著的正相关关系。技术进步对GDP的拉动作用正在占据越来越大的比重，技术差异是经济差距的又一重要源泉，因而单纯强调资本投入的区域发展战略并不足以实现区域经济收敛。%Chinese current significant regional economic differences are due to investment or technology?The problem is very impor-tant to make regional economic policy and realize the regional coordinated development . By applying DEA model , this paper analyzes Chi-nese provincial technical efficiency , finding that the regional hi-tech disparity undergoes an expanded and reduced course . In order to test the correlation between regional hi-tech and economic disparities , the paper carries out PVAR model , impulse response analysis , and variance decomposition analysis by introducing capital stock disparity . The results indicate that disparities of the real GDP only come from capital deepening , but there is a strong positive correlation between hi-tech and per capita GDP disparities . The pulling effect of techno-logical progress is accounting for a growing part of GDP , and technical difference is another important source of economic gap . So that if simply focus on the regional balance of capital investment , we can not complete regional economic convergence .
