高职院校知识产权管理规范贯标工作实践与探索

摘要

In the era of knowledge economy,to implement the “standard of intellectual property management of institutions of higher learn-ing”(hereinafter referred to as “jitc work”)is of great significance to the national standard,colleges and universities.A new application, higher vocational colleges has accounted for more than half of the whole number of institutions of higher learning,and due to the relatively short history,higher vocational colleges of intellectual property rights consciousness is weak.The low level of management,organization structure and management system is not sound,and is also the lack of professional intellectual property rights management talent,so we need more work to improve the position of colleges and universities by improving the consciousness of intellectual property rights and man-agement level and enhancing intellectual property creation ability in higher vocational colleges.Thus we can raise the level of school running in vocational colleges,improve the social reputation of the higher vocational colleges.%在知识经济时代，贯彻实施《高等学校知识产权管理规范》(简称“贯标工作”)国家标准意义重大，高职院校作为新型应用性高校，已经占到整个高等学校数量的一半以上，且由于历史较短，高职院校的知识产权意识较弱、管理水平较低、组织架构和管理制度等都不够健全，专业的知识产权管理人才也较缺乏，更需要通过开展贯标工作来提高职院校的知识产权意识和管理水平，提升高职院校的知识产权创造能力，进而提升高职院校的办学水平，提高高职院校的社会美誉度。
