PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating efficiency by managing an operation generated in every subject in detail upon managing the intellectual property of a customer in a patent office.;SOLUTION: This intellectual property management system is provided with: a resource file 16 in which the capability information and load information of a person in charge who processes an intellectual property subject received from a customer are stored; an operation schedule/result file 18 in which an operation scheduled person assigned to every operation process and an actual operation end date and a person in charge for each operation process are registered; a master processing part 15 for deriving the date of time limit of the subject under the consideration of a legal term and a calendar by using an application number received from the Japanese Patent Office as a key in making an application; and a workflow processing part 17 for generating an operation process to which the operation scheduled person is assigned according to the resource file 16 by using the calculated date of time limit as a reference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
