新建本科院校图书馆转型的基本策略

This paper analyzes several key factors influencing the transformation of library in newly-built undergraduate colleges. The basic countermeasure of library transformation is proposed, Straighten out managerial system, Strengthen Team Construction, create knowledge and information services of brand, optimize the structure of library resources, develop the high-level information service, etc.%文章分析了影响新建本科院校图书馆转型几个主要因素，提出了理顺管理体制、加强馆员队伍的现代化建设、打造图书馆知识信息服务的社会品牌、优化馆藏资源结构、开展高层次信息服务等促进图书馆转型的基本对策。
