教学反思:高职院校青年教师成长不可或缺的有效路径

         

摘要

Since 1997 after the large-scale enlarged recruitment in colleges, teachers have been in shortage. Most of young teachers in colleges become the main force, and those teachers without teaching experience are pushed to step up to the lectern, resulting in their being tired of teaching with little and weak awareness of teaching reflection. Thus, they fail to form the habit of reflecting teaching, influencing directly the growth of young teachers, creating innumerable teaching machines, and thus deteriorating the teaching quality. Teaching reflection, as self-awareness, conscious and voluntary behavior of young teachers, is an effective path for their growth. Therefore, young teachers should attach im-portance to the cultivation of teaching reflection awareness during the teaching procedures to find out problems and im-prove their teaching reflection habits.%1997年高职院校大规模扩招以来,教师相应紧缺,多数高职院校青年教师成为教学主力,没有任何教学经验的“三门”教师匆匆忙忙地上讲台,造成了青年教师疲于应付教学,教学反思意识淡薄,教学反思能力弱化,教学反思习惯未养成,致使青年教师成长受到直接的影响,诞生了无数“教学机器”。长此以往,将造成课堂教学质量的持续滑坡。教学反思是教师的自我意识和自觉、自愿行为,是当前青年教师成长的有效途径,青年教师要善于从教学活动的过程中,重视教学反思意识的培养,发现问题,察觉不足,提高反思习惯的养成。
