广西三江侗族侗款的传承及其现实影响

摘要

The customary law is the national habits,customs,folk taboos in society.Dong conventions are one type of special form,popular in the Dong ethnic area.Based on the field work in the Sangjiang area Guangzi province,the inherit and features of Dong conventions are analyzed along with its practical influence.%民族民间法是存在于民族乡土社会的民族习惯、民族风俗、民族禁忌等,侗款就是其中的一种特殊形式,普遍存在于侗族地区。文章通过对广西三江地区侗族侗款的实地考察研究,分析了侗族侗款的传承和特征,探讨了其现实影响。
