基于ANASYS Workbench的保险杠低速碰撞仿真

         

摘要

Accordring to ECE R42 regulation and using PRO/E software, a finite element model of automotive bumper is established, and the validity of the collision model is verified. Based on the ANASYS Workbench finite element method,the analysis of the energy-absorption of the bumper low-speed collisions is established. The results show that the most of the kinetic energy generated during the collision process can be absorbed by the automotive bumper device. Accordingly, the structural deformation of the car kept to a minimum. According to the simulation result and the energy absorbing characteristics of the thin-walled member, and some improvement measures are proposed.%建立并验证了某轿车保险杠碰撞模型的有效性,按照ECE R42法规和PRO/E软件建立该保险杠系统的有限元模型,利用ANASYS Workbench对其进行低速碰撞吸能性仿真分析,结果发现该保险杠结构可以吸收低速碰撞过程中所产生的大部分动能,使轿车其他部分的结构变形达到最小.在此基础上,针对碰撞仿真计算结果及薄壁构件吸能特性,提出了具体的改进措施.
