河南省农村居民财产性收入增长的障碍性因素分析——以信阳地区为例

With Xinyang for example, the obstacles to increasing the property income of rural residents in Henan Province were analyzed. It was pointed out that the further increase of farmers' property income was mainly restrained by their low educational level, which was manifested in their lack of investment concept, their weak identification capacity of money-managing information, their deficient money-managing knowledge, as well as their weak ability to overcome the bad geographic environment and create conditions for improving the property income.%以信阳地区为例,分析了河南省农村居民财产性收入增长的障碍性因素,指出河南省地区农村居民低水平的受教育程度成为制约农民财产性收入进一步增长的关键因素,其影响主要表现在农民普遍缺乏投资观念,对理财信息甄别能力差,理财知识水平低,克服不利地理环境创造条件增加财产性收入能力不足等方面.
