PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement technology of dysfunctional HDL capable of widely detecting the dysfunctional HDL of various molecular forms, and to provide a detection technology of a lifestyle-related disease such as diabetes or arterial sclerosis using the measurement technology.;SOLUTION: In the measuring method of dysfunctional HDL contained in a sample, the sample is brought into contact with an acceptor of the dysfunctional HDL, the dysfunction HDL in the sample is bound to the acceptor, and the dysfunctional HDL bound to the acceptor is detected. In the detection method of a lifestyle-related disease, the dysfunctional HDL in the biological fluid collected from a subject is measured by the measuring method, and the presence or absence of a lifestyle-related disease in the subject is detected on the basis of the measurement result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
