不同针刺法治疗肛肠疾病术后尿潴留的疗效比较

摘要

目的 探讨不同针刺法对肛肠疾病术后尿潴留的临床治疗效果;方法 将78例肛肠疾病术后尿潴留患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各39例;对照组39例采用电针太冲、三阴交、水道、归来等穴位的传统针刺方法 再配合常规诱导排尿法;治疗组39例采用电针刺八(骨翏)穴再常规诱导排尿方法 ;在治疗3天后评估疗效,对能自行排尿患者进行残余尿量B超检查.结果 治疗组愈显率92.31%,对照组愈显率61.54%,两组愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 电针刺八(骨翏)穴治疗肛肠疾病术后尿潴留疗效显著,优于传统的针刺治疗方法 .%Objective Exploring the curative effect of different acupuncture treatment on postoperative urinary retention for the patients of archos-bowel diseases. Methods All 78 patients with postoperative urinary retention were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were induced to urinate after operation. At same time the control group was treated by acupuncturing the points such as TaiChong, SanYinJiao, ShuiDao and GuiLai etc, and the experimental group by acupunctures the point BaLiao. The residual urine volume were Inspected after 3 days.Results The effective rate was 61.5% in control group and 92.3% in experimental group. There were significant differences between the two methods. Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncturing BaLiao is better than traditional acupuncture treatment with electro-acupuncture to postoperative urinary retention.
