PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle device for cautery which can be used for transvenous cautery treatment against primary aldosteronism.SOLUTION: A needle device for cautery for transvenous cautery treatment of an adrenal tumor by introducing a needle into an adrenal gland comprises: a metal needle 10 consisting of a sharp tubular distal part 11 and a tubular proximal end part 12; and a gripper 20 attached to the proximal end side of the needle 10. The proximate end part 12 of the needle 10 is made flexible by a spiral slit 14 formed in the distal region 12A, and the external surface of the proximate end part 12 is coated with resin 16. The tip part 11 of the needle 10 is blocked at its end and multiple pores 15 are formed in the external surface of the tip part 11 including a blocked part 13. The gripper 20 is provided with a liquid injection port 25 to supply a lumen of the needle 10 with liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
