为了实现火工装置两个输出部件互不干扰、正常做功的目的,进行了两种方案的总体设计,通过试验确定了隔板点火方案,使火工装置输出做功均匀、一致。并通过采取增加金属套管措施,解决了总体设计中弹体的强度问题。验证试验表明该火工装置能够满足耐高温延时双做功要求。%To realize no mutual interference and normal output for the pyrotechnic device with two-output parts, two schemes were proposed. Though-bulkhead was determined by the tests, which made the output stable and uniform. For the fracture of plastic shell, the metal casing was used to increase the intensity of the shell. Some tests were carried out, the results showed that the pyrotechnic device could satisfy the requirements of the high temperature resistant, time delay and double-output power. The study provided a design method for the same kind of pyrotechnic device.
