马铃薯淀粉废水处理及资源化利用研究进展

         

摘要

马铃薯淀粉废水由清洗废水﹑淀粉提取废水﹑淀粉清洗废水3种工艺废水组成。根据3种工艺废水的水质特点,提出清洗废水应进行沉淀循环利用,淀粉提取废水宜先回收利用后再处理,淀粉清洗废水可采用常规处理的观点。综述了当前国内这3种工艺废水处理技术的研究现状,对各种技术的优缺点进行了分析,提出光合细菌法是一种非常有前途的处理马铃薯淀粉废水和其它高浓度有机食品工业废水的技术。%Potato starch wastewater is composed by cleaning wastewater, starch extraction wastewater, and starch rinse wastewater. According to the characteristics of the said three kinds of wastewater, some viewpoints, including:cleaning water should be precipitated and recycled, starch extraction wastewater is suitable to be recy‐cled before treatment, and starch rinse wastewater can be treated by conventional process, were put forward. The current status of domestic research on the mentioned three kinds of industrial wastewater treatment technologies were summarized with the advantages and disadvantages of them analyzed at the same time. It was pointed out that, photosynthetic bacteria method was a kind of very promising technology for potato starch wastewater and other high concentration organic food industrial wastewater treatment.
